Dogs and Cats ("Pets") are allowed with proper registration, management approval, and payment of Non-Refundable Pet Fee, Refundable Pet Fee, and Monthly Pet Rent. There is a limit of two pets per unit.

*Aggressive Breeds are not permitted. Aggressive Breeds include, but are not limited to German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Wolf-Hybrids, Chows, Doberman, and mixes of the above breeds of dogs.
